Eco-action day: Community clean-up & tree planting
Join us for Eco-Action Day, where we come together to clean up our community and plant trees for a greener, healthier environment. All ages are welcome for this fun and impactful event!

Event overview
Eco-Action Day is a collaborative community event designed to bring together individuals who are passionate about protecting the environment. The event will consist of two main activities: a clean-up and tree planting, with the goal of beautifying our community while making a positive impact on local ecosystems. By participating, you will contribute to environmental restoration and raise awareness about sustainability.
Key activities
Community clean-up: Volunteers will be assigned different areas within the park and surrounding streets to collect waste, litter, and other debris. We’ll be focusing on waste reduction and promoting a cleaner environment for everyone.
Tree planting: Participants will plant diverse native trees and shrubs that enhance air quality, provide vital wildlife habitats, and strengthen long-term ecological sustainability.
Environmental education: Local environmental experts will offer mini-talks throughout the day on topics such as waste reduction, native plants, and how individuals can contribute to sustainable practices in their everyday lives.
What to expect
Event materials: All necessary tools for the clean-up and tree planting (gloves, bags, trees, and gardening tools) will be provided.
Free refreshments: Snacks, water, and other refreshments will be available to keep you energized throughout the day.
Eco-goodie bags: Volunteers will receive eco-friendly goody bags with sustainable products like reusable water bottles, compostable bags, and educational materials.
Safety measures
We will strictly follow all necessary safety guidelines, providing gloves, masks, and hand sanitizers. Social distancing measures will be implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
